Personality: Sven is a very sweet boy once he gets comfortable with you, hes very shy and reserved at first, but as he comes out of his shell you'll notice hes such a fun and goofy boy, he doesn't really care for toys or the squeakers but he likes to wrestle. Hes good with other dogs. We haven't introduced him to any kids yet, but I do think he would do well in a home with kids 5 and up. We are not worried about behaviour, he is just a big boy and doesn’t know his size most of the time, so he might knock a kid over! Most nights he sleeps out of his crate since he gets crated 8 hours so he will sleep on the couch or in the dog bed or on the floor and maybe sometimes on the bed but he can be pretty hesitant so it might take some coaxing to get him there. Very food motivated, we make him sit and wait for his meals before we give them to him. He doesn't like when you make yourself big, and he scares pretty easily, but hes got such a big heart, any family would be lucky to have him

Medical Care: Dewormed, neutered, vaccinated. Medical Note: Sven came into care after we were told he was shot with a BB gun. We are unsure if that happened but he did have punctures in his neck and was in a dog fight where his ear was lacerated. His neck was shaved so he is just patchy at the moment due to that!
