Holly (Buddy and Holly)
Gender: Female
Date of Birth: October 20, 2025
Breed(s): Shepherd Mix
Kennel Training: Holly has been enjoying her kennel for afternoon naps and has also been sleeping in her kennel throughout the night from 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM without any accidents. She will also saunter into her kennel when she needs some down time occasionally.
House Training: Holly understands that when she goes to the bathroom it needs to happen outside. I would say 95% of the time she is good with that. The 5% she does on the pee pad only because we don’t notice her standing at the back door. She is learning to ring the bell to go outside from her older foster brother.
Personality: Three things that describe Holly would be quirky, loves to be around her people and a good listener. She is the perfect combination of playful energy and a big cuddle monster. She would prefer to have naps with her people or with her siblings but does well in the kennel alone too. She gets excited when it’s time to eat but is quickly learning to sit and have some manners before it’s time to eat. She loves a good toy and surprisingly hasn’t eaten any shoes or furniture. Holly is great with young kids and other dogs, cats are unknown but probably fine.
Holly would make a great addition to any family with her quirky cuteness, people pleasing personality and potential for learning well- mannered behaviour.
Medical Care: One round vaccine and two rounds of dewormer. Medical Note: Holly is missing some toes on one of her back feet. There is no concern and vet believes possible birth defect. She is not affected by it and you can’t even tell! She also came into care underweight, she is slowly been putting weight back on just has a couple more pounds to go!
Adoption Fee: $350.00 at the time of adoption; $100.00 can be returned or donated once fixed according to contract standards
