Kennel Training: Buddy will sleep through the night in his kennel from 10:30PM- 7:00 AM without any accidents. He enjoys his kennel and he sees it as a safe space for him. He will take naps in his kennel during the day and occasionally go in on his own for a rest.

House Training: Buddy hasn’t had any accidents in the house for the last week and knows to hold it for when he is outside. Buddy is learning to associate ringing a bell with his nose or paw before going outside and has done it once so far. Otherwise waits at the back door and hopes we see him but he seems to be a quick learner.

Personality: Three things that best describe Buddy are that he is the sweetest soul, very well-mannered and loves to be held and cuddled 24/7. It is safe to assume that Buddy was the runt of the litter but is quickly growing. He knows how to sit and waits very patiently when it’s time to eats but then gets very excited once the food is down. Buddy to currently using a slow-feeder bowl but has zero food aggression if the food is taken away. Buddy does great with kids and other dogs, and most likely cats but not confirmed.

Buddy will do best in a home that will give him lots of love and attention, lets him cuddle on their lap and maybe even sneak into bed. He gets burst of energy occasionally but is very low-key with the sweetest heart.

Medical Care: One round vaccine and two rounds of dewormer. Medical Note: Buddy came into care extremely skinny, he is doing great at putting on weight. The vet has no concerns but he still has some weight he needs to gain.
